There is a wide choice of furniture shops and soft furnishing suppliers in Alanya and Mahmutlar.
Transport
Mahmutlar`s public transport is extremely useful for the 10 minute trip to Alanya centre or to explore the deserted beaches east of Mahmutlar. A flat fare system operates a euro each way. Taxis are plentiful and will give a good price for pre-booked trips to the airport. The Country Club Property Management company will offer car and midibus transfers to and from the airport.
Medical care
The development has its own medical room where a doctor can visit patients. The 3 private hospitals in Alanya are a 10 minute drive and offer first class medical attention and service.
Security
Turkey has a low crime rate compared to other European Countries. For your peace of mind the complex is completely walled and gated with security guards. All apartments have intercom systems and stell entry doors. The entrance doors to the blocks are made of iron.
The cost of Living
The one off cost of connecting to water and electricity is around € 160. Both are billed as per consumption (meter) and ther is a low standing charge for both. The annual Council Tax for refuse collection etc. is less than € 60 per year.
