Rainer Miggitsch was born in 1959 in Villach/Austria. He attended the business school in Villach. After his graduation he took over his father’s retail company. Furthermore he founded very successfully a textile company with production areas and stores in Italy, Austria and Germany. Since 1992 he works as a real estate broker in Austria where he is also responsible for numerous building projects. In 2006 he started his career at Turkey Real Estate. Within the Turkey Real Estate he is responsible for the real-estate sale and for the project development but his main focus is the development of stores, shopping centers and shopping-malls where he benefits from his numerous contacts to anchor tenants.

Hasan Yigit was born in 1964 in Antalya/Turkey. From 1969 to 2001 he lived in Cologne/Germany. In Aachen/Germany he started to study engineering. In the year 2002 Hasan Yigit founded the Dizayn Ltd. This company was successfully specialized in the production of paperhangings. 2004 he started his carrier in the real-estate-business where he was responsible for numerous important projects in the area of Antalya. Since 2007 he is specialized in commercial properties. That’s also his field of activity at Turkey Real Estate. Beside his perfect Turkish and German skills he also speaks English.
